Our Story & Purpose

A woman who understands women.

Yuvix was created by tech veteran Mentari Rahman out of a simple, uncompromising conviction: women's bodies are not linear machines, and our private health data is sacred.

Founder & CEO, Mentarich LLC

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the global technology and digital growth ecosystem — including pivotal in-house tenures at international giants like Canva Australia and European fintech leader Financer.com — Mentari spent years navigating high-stakes corporate environments while managing her own monthly hormonal fluctuations, energy shifts, and physical fatigue.

“I created Yuvix because I was exhausted by modern period trackers. Most of them were built by male-dominated engineering teams who treat female physiology as an advertising demographic to be monetized, or worse, sell intimate reproductive records to data brokers. Women deserve a companion built by someone who actually bleeds, rests, and experiences the daily realities of the female cycle.”

— Mentari Rahman, Founder

Why Yuvix Is Different

Most health apps operate on a 24-hour male hormonal schedule: wake up, hustle, perform, repeat. Female physiology functions on an infradian rhythm spanning roughly 28 days, where energy, social desire, cognitive focus, and physical recovery naturally ebb and flow through distinct hormonal seasons.

1. Built with Real Empathy

Designed by a woman who understands that on Day 2 of your cycle, you might need a hot compress and quiet breathing — not a notification guilt-tripping you to hit high-intensity workouts.

2. Uncompromising On-Device Privacy

Your period records, symptoms, and fertility logs are encrypted with SQLCipher on your physical phone. We do not maintain a cloud health database. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Medically Reviewed Guidance

All 41 daily cycle tips in Yuvix have been reviewed by certified general practitioner dr. Risdayani R Jumarang, ensuring every piece of advice is clinically grounded yet gentle.

4. Holistic Calm, Not Clutter

From your gamified Moon Garden to offline nature soundscapes, Yuvix is designed to be a sanctuary of calm reflection, not an overwhelming medical dashboard.
